At NUVESSA, we want you to feel confident with your purchase. Our return and exchange policy applies to items that are unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To request a return, please contact us at moizaslam906@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.

The item must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact. Items showing signs of use, stains, damage, or missing original packaging may not be eligible for return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item and confirm that it meets our return requirements, the refund will be processed within 7 business days.

Exchanges

Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
